If we pass on data to external contractors, technical and organisational measures will be taken to ensure that disclosure is in accordance with statutory regulations on data protection. Data processing takes place on the basis of statutory regulations in paragraph 8 DSG (Data Protection Law) and paragraph 96 TKG (Telecommunications Act). You can request information about the personal data stored about you, about where this data comes from, the recipients and the purpose of saving this data at any time. Use of personal data for submitting forms

In the framework of submission forms, IP address, name, address, email address and telephone number are collected in order to contact you, to release downloads and to further maintain customer relations. If you have, via the relevant form, agreed to a newsletter being sent, we evaluate which newsletter content is particularly interesting for the recipient in order to optimise which services are offered. Here, individual profiling is used to determine and evaluate the opening of specific content or the clicking behaviour in the newsletter. All data collected using the relevant forms will be saved by us until you send a written request for us to delete it.
